2013 Hamfest Tables 3:00 P.M., Friday, December 6th, 2013 7:00 A.M., Saturday, December 7th, 2013 8:00 A.M., Sunday, December 8th, 2013 Please do not send any email inquiries after 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 12th, 2013. After that time please call 813-765-8916 with any questions. The table rental is $25 each for the weekend, you are also required to purchase admission tickets. Tables are eight feet long. Reservations will be accepted starting August 1st. Tables are first come, first serve. Past attendees have priority on floor location selection. You may set up Friday 3:00 to 6:00 P.M., Saturday starting at 7:00 A.M., Sunday at 8:00 A.M.. Consider bringing a cover(s) for your items on the tables. Final payment is due on or before December 6. There is no discount for electric. There is no additional discount for club tables. There is no additional discount on admission tickets. Reservations of hamfest tables requires a 50% deposit no later than 9:00 PM, Wednesday November 13th, 2013.
