Doors open for setup at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 31st, 2012

The indoor table rental is $25 each for the weekend. Indoor table vendors are required to purchase admission tickets. Tables are eight foot. Reservations will be accepted starting August 1st. Tables are first come, first serve. Past attendees have priority on floor location selection.
Final payment is due on or before December 1. There is no discount for electric. There is no additional discount for club tables. There is no additional discount on admission tickets.
Reservations of hamfest tables requires a 50% deposit no later than 9:00 PM, Wednesday November 21st, 2012. Table Form
