Indoor Tables

Doors open for setup at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 30th

Please do not send any email inquiries after 8:00 AM on Friday 11/30.

Moving to the Manatee Civic Center has reduced some of our costs and we are passing the savings on when possible.  We have reduced the indoor table rental to $20 each for the weekend.  Indoor table vendors are required to purchase admission tickets.  Tables are eight foot.  Reservations will be accepted starting August 1st.  Tables are first come, first serve.   Past attendees have priority on floor location selection. 

Electricity is available for $32 for the entire weekend.  When making reservations please indicate your need for power.

The Hamfest Committee reserves the right to refuse table rental.

Reservations of indoor tables requires a 50% deposit no later than 9:00 PM, Wednesday November 22nd.
